I wore a pair of these at the weekend for the first time on a 60 mile ride. It was cold first thing (07:30am) but the weather had warmed up by the time I had finished - mid morning. Throughout the duration I kept the arm warmers on although I could have taken them off when in to the ride. Reason I didn't was they felt comfortable on and didn't make me feel hot at all.
I am 5ft 9ins and average build. The M/L fit me perfectly. The XS/S would be suitable for people with small biceps of a similar height because when I tried these it felt like I was having my blood pressure measured.
Overall very pleased with the purchase.
