I wanted the perfect bar for my house, this was just the right size for my requirements and space. I would like to add that the website stated that this bar is 28mm which is NOT standard UK size. I was unaffected by this as i have purchased a complete decathlon home kit but some people may be unaware so please see the following information: A standard UK collar is approximately 24.7mm (1inch) and olympic collar sizes are approximately 50mm (2inch). (I hope this is helpful).
The bar is well made and very strong. A maximum of 100kg weight suits me fine as that is often my preferred limit at home. I wish i bought it sooner!
