At 14 years old, you can go for an adult or stay with a
junior size.
If you tell how tall he or she is, it will help me give you some
recommendations.
Then TR 100 is just for leisure tennis.
We do not recommend it for users who play for real.

The performance of the racket is good. I'm a new learner so didn't found any flaws. I enjoyed playing with this racket instead of going for costlier one.
