A fin is a piece of swimming training equipment to work the lower body. You can simultaneously work on your heart rate and lower-body strength training (thighs, glutes, calves, core stability).

YOUR FIRST TIME USING A FIN?
Be careful to not start too quickly! The use of the fins should progressively increase to let the legs and feet adjust and get stronger and to avoid hurting the Achilles tendon.

Thank you for your feedback for our Swimming Training Fins. I am glad you enjoyed our product.
Our fins range from sizes between EU 30-31 to EU 44-45, and are made of soft material for more comfort. Usually, when swimmers wear fins for training, they would prefer to get a pair which does not come off easily.
One way which you can decide whether the fins are the right size for you is by wearing the fin and raising your heel. If your heel comes up easily, it means that the fin is too big for you. Hope that this information is useful for your next swimming fins purchase!
