This product does works well. It's actually precise and also shifts gear quickly!
Well constructed unit but be aware that due to the actuation mechanism being rather bulky at the rear it will not fit some bikes with limited clearance between the seat tube and rear wheel or mudgaurd.
Easy to install with various mounts for different clamp sizes. Shifting is light and easy
For me I could not get this to work, I have 22,32,42 crank set (btwin), but no matter how I adjusted it the throw just did not seen adquate to move across all 3 rings.
I have a brand new chain, new rear mech, and the crankset and rear cassette are only 1 year old.
I returned to my 13 year old suntour one and that works well (in fact the stoke is a little too far on that)

Thank you for sharing your experience of using this front mech. Installing a front derailleur can feel like alchemy sometimes and certainly isn't the easiest to install, especially with a triple chainset. MBR probably has the best film available on this topic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AY7DR6efyEY
If after checking all of these points, there is no joy, please feel free to return it to us for an exchange or a refund.

изготовлен тайваньским производителем mikroshift. очень качественнле изделие на набор звезд 3х7/8. при сравнимом качестве с изделиями Шимано в два раза дешевле.
Used this to replace an old derailleur a coup[le of months ago that wouldn't adjust properly and was unreliable. Fitting was easy and it adjusted well. I used this on a bottom pull with a Shimano index shifter and it works well and reliably after it has been set up.
I also liked the add on adjustment shims in the clamp which allowed me to make a good fit to the stem.
I thoroughly recommend this and would say it is as high a quality as any other front derailleur out there at a bargain price.
Easy fitting, easy adjustment and working well.
Not found any negatives
I bought the front mech for my old road bike refubishment project (1985 Barry Hoban/Coventry Eagle) and found that the original front mech did not have enough travel to reach the large chainring. This MTB mech has loads of travel and easily helps the chain to swap between the chainrings. It is bulky compared to the Campagnalo mech that it replaced but does the job just as well.
Works well
A bit big, but still fitted OK
