Great product with excellent support.
every time I come with my bike worth £ 1200 to change my brakes I encounter a problem.
I changed the brakes three times. I entrusted the bike to the decathlon specialists and every time I didn't find the problem ...
An extraordinarily loud noise, as if I'm walking without a tire ...
when I press the brakes I have a big noise ... I try to explain to them that it can also change the discs ... they said they don't need to be changed ... it's really a problem in the specialist or in these brakes
This year I covered 5,100 miles.
Hi Alexandra, I'm really sorry to hear that you have had issues with your bike brakes, it can be the discs are contaminated, however it can also be due to the marterial of the pads and the ones that the discs are deisgned for. For example when I changed my discs from tektro to Shimano, Shimano recommend that I use an organic pad with their disc, when I dind't change my metallic pad striaght away I had a really loud noise.
Can you contact me directly at marc.cuckson@decathlon.com and I can take a look over the discs for you?
Thanks for your patience

Great for manual bikes. Maybe 6 months plus life out of them.if you've got an ebike that life span half's.
The pads are sized correctly, almost as good as Shimano pads, and a great price.

Great pads and a great price , also have excellent stopping power
Affordable and quality
This brake pads are cost effective and simple to fit by yourself! They have lots of stopping power and are good in all weather conditions.
Installed onto TRP Spyre disc brake calipers.
Once the brake pads are bedded in they perform well. One tip is apply a small amount of copper grease on the back of the brake pad and caliper piston using a cotton bud and being careful to avoid contact with the brake pad material or disc rotor.
This tip makes the brakes very quiet under heavy braking loads and no squealing. Of course if you don't mind brake noise, then just install the pads in bedded process as normal.
Used on my Riverside 500 - the brakes are Tektro TKD 68 but I couldn't find replacement pads for these listed on any of the descriptions on the Decathlon site. They fit and have significantly improved the braking. They don't come with the small metal pin used to holding them into the brake mechanism, so don't lose the existing one.
Bought these for spares over the winter , but have used before and Can not fault them . Bed in quickly.
