At first I thought these were a bit lightweight - but after a full day stomping through snow and ice my boots were completely clean and dry. Worked well with micro spikes.

I am sorry to hear that the Sprint Gaiters did not meet your expectations.

Can you provide with with more detail about how the lock broke? What type of terrain were you on for instance. This will allow me to feed more precise feedback to the brand.

In the meantime you can take the Sprint Gaiters back to your local store, with receipt, who can provide you with either an exchange or refund.

Once again I apologise for the Sprint Gaiters not meeting your expectations.

I wanted short style gaiters because I have trouble keeping long ones up, plus I mainly use gaiters just to keep the bottom of my trousers. These gaiters are just the job for me - they are quick to put on, I can wear them with boots or shoes, the strap under the foot is great easy to adjust and is kept out of the way. The press studs are very solid and the elastic keeps the gaiters nice and snug. They loose end is long enough to push down inside so they don't catch.
