WHICH WEIGHT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE?
We recommend choosing the weight of your medicine ball based on the muscle group you want to work. The lower-body muscles are more powerful than the upper-body muscles. You can therefore use heavier weights for your squats and lunges.
Our medicine ball is available in various weights and sizes: 1 kg (19.5 cm diameter), 2 kg (22 cm diameter), 3 kg (22 cm diameter), 4 kg (24 cm diameter), and 5 kg (24 cm diameter)... you choose :)
3 good reasons to include a medicine ball in your fitness session
1. A ball is a versatile accessory you can use to do many exercises and boost the intensity of your workouts. 2. It's also a great alternative to using weights. You can do exercises such as throws and floor taps, or static exercises such as sitting twists. 3. The round shape can also help you work on your coordination, balance and core strength - use the ball to do mountain climbers with your hands on the ball.
