Return of goods for purchases made in store

In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. If you have purchased a product in a store without presenting a loyalty account (By registering a customer account on the website, you become a loyal customer) at the time of purchase, you can return the purchase within 30 days from the time of purchase if:

• you have kept the purchase receipt, it will have to be presented when returning it (a bank printout is not accepted);

• the product has no signs of use;

• keeping the original packaging of the product (eg tags, bar codes, instructions for use, etc., if they were attached to the product at the time of purchase).

If you have purchased a product in a store, presenting a loyalty account at the time of purchase, you can return the purchase within 365 days from the moment of purchase, without the need to save the purchase receipt, because when presenting the loyalty card at the time of purchase, the receipts are saved automatically in your customer account. You can return the product if:

• the product has no signs of use;

• keeping the original packaging of the product (eg tags, bar codes, instructions for use, etc., if they were attached to the product at the time of purchase).

Return of goods for purchases made in the online store

For our loyal customers who shopped in the online store, we provide free returns of goods remotely or in the store. By registering a customer account on the website, you become a loyal customer. You can return a purchase made in the online store within 365 days from the moment of purchase, if:

• the product has no signs of use;

• keeping the original packaging of the product (for example, tags, barcodes, instructions for use, etc., if they were attached to the product at the time of purchase).

Refunds are made for the product only, shipping costs are not refunded. The delivery fee is refunded only in cases when delivery was not made.

Orders placed in the online store can also be returned remotely using DPD services.

Return orders remotely:

1. Use this link: https://www.return-my-parcel.com/DPD-LV/decathlonlatvija?lang=en;

2. Fill in the required information. In the "Code" section, please indicate the code of the returned product (s) that appears on the sticker inside the clothing or footwear;

3. Choose the return method by parcel or courier;

4. Pack the shipment;

5. Print a sticker and stick on the shipment. If you have chosen to return by courier - the courier will arrive with a prepared sticker;

6. Send the package, as soon as we receive the package, we will return the money to your account within 5-7 days.

DPD return with parcel machine. If you choose to return with a parcel locker, the system will generate a label that you must print and stick on the package.

DPD return by courier. If you choose return by courier, fill in the necessary information, in addition, the courier will bring a prepared delivery note.

Refunds are made within 5-7 days.

Items not accepted for return:

• Underwear;

• Clothing worn without underwear (wet suits, triathlon suits, etc.);

• Hygiene products;

• Sun creams/shower gels;

• Opened gas cartridges;

• Laces;

• Food products cannot be returned!;

• Animal feed (if the package has been opened);

• Personalized items such as a printed shirt.

Exceptions are accepted for orders made in the online store, because the distance contract works.

Used items (even lightly), soiled items, or items damaged due to improper handling/use may not be accepted for return. 

The product was purchased with a Decathlon gift card

If the purchase was made with a gift card, the value of the returned goods will be returned in the form of a gift card.
