DECATHLON PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

If you’re not satisfied with an item you’ve bought, you have 365/30 days to change your mind as long as the item has not been damaged and in the original packaging, we will be happy to take it back, exchange the product or return the money.

If you have a DECATHLON loyalty account, you can return the item as long as the item has not been damaged and in the original packaging, within 365 days from the date of purchase.

If you have purchased the product in the store and did not present your loyalty account at the time of purchase, you can return the item as long as the item has not been damaged and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase by presenting a check.

How do I return items purchased online?

For your loyal customers who have made purchases online, we provide free return of goods via courier, parcel terminal or in the store. Purchases made in the store can be returned to the store ONLY. To return item, please follow the steps:

2. Fill in the information

3. Chose the return type - courier or parcel terminal

4. Pack the package

5. Put the sticker on package

6. Send the parcel (if you chose to return, we will return money on your account once we will receive package)

How to return a purchase made in the store?

Products purchased in the DECATHLON store in Latvia can only be returned in the store. When returning the item, you must present a check and a loyalty card that you used at the time of purchase. If you are not don’t have a Decathlon loyalty account, you can return items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned by shipment.
