DECATHLON PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

If you have a DECATHLON loyalty account, you can return your purchase within 365 days of purchase if:

- the product has no signs of use

- retaining the original packaging of the product (e.g. tags, bar codes, instructions for use, etc., if such were added to the product at the time of purchase)

 

If you have purchased a product in a store without presenting a loyalty account, you can return the purchase within 30 days of purchase, if:

- you have saved the purchase receipt, you will need to present it upon return

- the product has no signs of use

- retaining the original packaging of the product (eg tags, bar codes, instructions for use, etc., if such were added to the product at the time of purchase)

 

If the purchase is made with a gift card, the value of the returned goods will be returned in the form of a gift card.


Used items
(even lightly), dirty items or items damaged due to improper handling / use may not be accepted for return.


When returning
"Second Life" products, it will be assessed whether the product in question has additional damage beyond those defined at the time of sale.

 

Warranty - all Decathlon products have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Possible defects of the product will be evaluated by our specialists.

  1. For our loyal customers who have purchased in the online store, we provide free return of goods remotely or in the store.

  2. Purchases made in the store can only be returned to the store

  2. Fill in the required information. In the "Code" section, please indicate the code of the returned product (s) that appears on the sticker inside the clothing or footwear.

  3. Choose the return method by parcel or courier

  4. Pack the shipment

  5. Print a sticker and stick on the shipment. If you have chosen to return by courier - the courier will arrive with a prepared sticker.

  6. Send the shipment. As soon as we receive the shipment, we will return the money to your account within a few working days
