How do they stay comfy and fitted?
The semi-soft boot with 3D mesh is comfortable and stops too much moisture building up inside the skate. The new comfort foam and heel cushioning also make life more pleasant.
The "cuff" (the part of the boot that comes up your leg) is stiff and comes far enough up to hold your ankle in place. Along with the triple fastening system (laces, micro-metric buckle, and strap), it holds your ankle snugly.

Do you need to choose between glide quality and handling?
No, not with Oxelo. Decathlon's FIT500 inline skates glide along really nicely thanks to their aluminium frame (stiffer than a plastic frame transfers the skater's energy very well), ABEC 7 bearings, and new 80mm rubber wheels (80 A hardness to give you more grip and comfort).
The combination of the aluminium frame and the 80mm rubber wheels gives you a good balance between pushing and glide quality.

How can you maintain/repair your skates?
You can replace parts or repair your skates using the after-sales parts available in store, online and at your local Decathlon store's workshop.
The parts you can change are the 80mm 80A or 80mm 84A wheels and the ABEC 7 or ABEC 9 bearings. The brake stoppers fit both the left and right foot.

How can you make your skates last longer?
To extend the lifespan of your skates after skating through water, dust or sand, take the wheels off, dry them and degrease the bearings with a dry cloth.

How can you make the wheels last longer?
It's normal to switch your wheels around because they don't wear out evenly. The reason? We often skate with our feet sloping slightly inwards when we push off and turn.
If you want to stop them wearing out, switch your wheels around (in pairs).

These adult skates meet the EN 13843 class A standard (adult inline skate standard). The size is hard to figure out without trying, so anything to do with feet size, just head down and try it. Was out of stock online so had to go down anyways, for the price, the quality is great, very smooth, used in east coast park, no issue whatsoever, toes may be a little narrow for wider feet people

we purchased four pairs of inline skates after my niece showed an interest in skating.
I was pleasantly surprised that the skate were not as expensive as others i have seen in skate shops before.
I do wise there were more options on the shelf but i am not really disappointed either.
for my intended purpose these skates are excellent.
what i love about these skates is the metal wheel housing, ABEC 7 bearings and soft lace up boots.
what i don't like too much is the plastic top fastener because it seems to skip while tightening.
