Both the front and back wheels will keep falling off. Asking the technician on site wont help also. Worst of all, when it first came, the screw head was stuck to the rotating pin. Inferior and expensive product. Highly suggest to avoid.

I'm really sorry to hear of your experience. We haven't had this issue with the bike before, so I believe it's either a manufacturing defect, or poor assembly.

Это наш второй беговел! Ребёнок не может с ним расстаться!!! Очень его любит! Хочет кататься даже зимой. И у меня такой вопрос не потрескаются ли колёса на холоде? Можно его эксплуатировать в зимних условиях или нет?

Данный беговел может выдержать зиму (мой ребенок катался всю прошлую), но будьте, пожалуйста, аккуратны с реагентами. Если их не смывать, то может сильно испортиться.

The back will will not properly function,it’s ether the design problem or the wrong part is given.what a bad quality product ,the back wheel doesn’t turn!!! Worst product bought

Meanwhile, I suspect that the nut has been over tightened hence the wheel is not moving. You can try to loosen it slightly and see how it goes!
If this does not work, feel free to head down to any of our experience store (Singapore Lab, Bedok, Joo Koon, City Square Mall, or Centrepoint) so that our sport advisor can assist you on the issue!

Беговелом очень довольны! Подарили сыну на 2 года, почти сразу освоился, теперь никакие расстояния нам не страшны. Маленькие колеса смотрятся очень гармонично на фоне ребенка. Справляется сам и со ступеньками, и с поребриками, приподнимает и переносит легко. В ноябре до сих пор катается. Ручки на руле потемнели, но целые (4 мес в использовании).

К сожалению, со временем отклеился грипс с одной стороны руля и потерялся. Из-за этого сын получил травму, т.к при падении вместо прорезиненной ручки ударился лицом о металлическую трубу, и как назло заглушка ушла внутрь трубы и труба поранила губу.
К сожалению, грипсы и заглушки по отдельности не продаются, даже не понятно, где их заказать, а при этом повсеместно в продаже бОльшего радиуса, что не подходят.
Товар был бы замечателен, если бы расходники к нему также продавались.
